Enterprise Account Executive responsible for building and closing multifamily partnerships with executive decision-makers across an assigned market. The role requires at least five years of quota-carrying sales experience, complex enterprise deal management, and extensive travel.

Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, product demonstrations, negotiation, closing, and expansion.
- Sell to C-suite, vice president, and director-level executives at large multifamily owners and operators.
- Prospect in-market and meet prospective partners face to face.
- Build and manage a pipeline of large enterprise opportunities within an assigned region.
- Navigate complex, multi-threaded deals involving procurement, legal, and operations stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry conferences across the United States.
- Partner with Customer Success to launch signed partners and expand existing accounts.
- Bring market feedback from partners to product teams.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing on sales playbooks, processes, and scripts.
- Help attract top-tier talent to the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales processes, including multi-threading, procurement, and long sales cycles.
- Comfort selling to C-suite, vice president, and director-level executives.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% for conferences, prospecting, and partner visits.
- Must be based in Atlanta, Chicago, Phoenix, Seattle, Boston, Washington, DC, or Detroit.
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate, multifamily, or proptech.
- Experience opening a new market or territory from scratch.
- Experience building sales playbooks and processes with Sales Operations and Marketing.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000–$130,000.
- On-target earnings up to $400,000.
