Enablement Delivery Specialist
Coordinates and produces in-person and virtual enablement training, managing logistics, platforms, facilitation, stakeholder handoffs, and learner feedback. The role requires at least two years of event management experience, strong organizational rigor, and confident presentation skills.

Responsibilities
Training Event Orchestration and Logistics
- Own the full logistical lifecycle for in-person training events, including venue selection, meeting room configuration, catering, and on-site technology.
- Ensure accuracy in scheduling, invitations, reminders, and learner communications across assigned sessions.
- Execute assigned tasks within scope and on time using project management tools.
- Partner with Workplace and TRO teams to coordinate delivery, handoffs, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate program data, including attendance and survey results.
Event Production and Emceeing
- Serve as the event Producer and Emcee, ensuring smooth delivery and participant engagement.
- Operate delivery platforms including Zoom, learning management systems, and virtual classroom tools.
- Follow facilitation guides and scripts to deliver established content consistently and professionally.
- Manage live interactions, including polls, Q&A, and breakout sessions, while adjusting pacing based on audience feedback.
- Support facilitators and subject-matter experts by preparing the learning environment and serving as their primary point of contact.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement
- Gather structured attendee feedback after every session to measure program effectiveness and learner confidence.
- Synthesize learner sentiment into actionable observations for content designers.
- Identify content improvement opportunities based on learner reactions and escalate proposed fixes.
- Document delivery processes and issue resolutions in the team knowledge base.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in event management, ideally in a corporate or high-growth technology environment.
- Ideally 1 year of experience in training management or enablement delivery.
- Foundational knowledge of adult learning principles is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, precise communication, and the ability to build trusted partnerships.
- Professional poise and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Proficiency with Zoom, learning management systems, and project management tools.
- Experience with Mac and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Immaculate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including confidence emceeing for large groups of enterprise sales and services professionals.
