Responsibilities
- Craft a consistent executive narrative that communicates Celonis’s vision to C-suite audiences.
- Build an AI-assisted content engine to draft, personalize, and adapt briefings to executives’ industries, process data, and priorities.
- Create presentations, messaging frameworks, scripts, and interactive multimedia experiences.
- Own and continuously update the Executive Briefing Center’s content catalog as products and go-to-market priorities evolve.
- Architect briefing agendas into cohesive narrative arcs across sessions.
- Develop and refresh interactive, digital, touch-driven, and spatial showcase experiences.
- Partner with design agencies, creative technologists, and product teams on immersive experiences, including AR/VR, live data visualization, and interactive installations.
- Establish testing and refresh processes to ensure showcases perform reliably during executive visits.
- Enable speakers and subject-matter experts by shaping session narratives and aligning talking points with briefing goals.
- Measure engagement, feedback, pipeline impact, and deal velocity; optimize the experience strategy based on results.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in content strategy, experience design, executive communications, or product marketing within B2B technology.
- Experience designing high-stakes executive events, immersive experiences, or executive briefing programs.
- Hands-on experience with experiential or immersive marketing, interactive storytelling, or emerging technologies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Fluency with generative AI tools for creating, personalizing, and accelerating experiences.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buyer personas, and regional market dynamics.
- Project management skills and the ability to align stakeholders without direct authority.

- Experience with AR/VR, spatial computing, interactive data visualization, or multisensory experiences.
