Regional Go-to-Market Execution
- Support product launches and go-to-market strategies across EMEA, ensuring alignment with regional needs.
- Localise global marketing campaigns for key and emerging EMEA markets.
- Optimise product messaging and positioning for diverse audiences.
Sales Enablement
- Adapt global sales content for EMEA, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Equip sales teams and partners with messaging, competitive insights, and use cases.
- Gather regional feedback to refine positioning and enablement strategies.
Content and Messaging
- Tailor product messaging to resonate with EMEA customers while maintaining global consistency.
- Work with content teams to adapt case studies, blogs, web pages, and other marketing assets for the region.
Market Insights and Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct research on customer trends, industry shifts, and regulatory considerations in EMEA.
- Analyse competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Share insights with global and regional teams to inform strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with identity and access management, cybersecurity, or cloud security solutions.
- Experience owning product messaging frameworks, tier-based launch plans, buyer personas, and competitive battlecards end to end.
- Strong written and verbal storytelling skills, including clear and concise messaging for complex technical products.
- Business proficiency in English.
- Experience launching solutions in the EMEA region.
- Understanding of enterprise buying behaviours, regulatory landscapes, and business cultures across key EMEA sub-regions.
- Ability to use data-driven market research and performance analytics to adapt global messaging, sales enablement, and campaign assets for regional needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable working collaboratively, independently, and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary in the United Kingdom: £69,000–£95,000 GBP.
