Senior Product Marketing Manager
Leads product marketing for an AI-first helpdesk, owning audience definition, positioning, messaging, launches, customer insight, and field enablement. Responsibilities
- Define the ideal customer profile and audience for the Intercom helpdesk and related products.
- Own product messaging and align cross-functional teams on positioning across web, sales, and customer communications.
- Develop the external narrative for an AI-first helpdesk and bring it to market.
- Partner with Product, GTM, and Lifecycle teams to communicate product investment and progress, supporting customer retention and expansion.
- Create sales and customer-success enablement that improves selling confidence and message adoption.
- Conduct customer research with support teams and translate insights into positioning and messaging.
- Lead launches and go-to-market initiatives for new products and capabilities.
- Produce PMM assets including web pages, first-call decks, narratives, scripts, and launch materials.
- Build messaging architectures and maintain centralized product-marketing context.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B.
- Track record of shaping how complex products are understood in the market.
- Experience owning a core product area end-to-end, from ICP and positioning through launches and field enablement.
- Experience working in fast-moving environments where products ship rapidly.
- Excellent written communication and editorial judgment.
- Ability to create precise briefs, narratives, and synthesis documents.
- Strong product and technical curiosity, including hands-on engagement with AI tools.
- Ability to independently lead high-stakes initiatives and work effectively across functions.
- Strong strategic thinking, execution, collaboration, and communication skills.
