Responsibilities
- Build and execute the EMEA executive audience strategy, aligned to EMEA pipeline and revenue goals, adapting global campaigns and programmes to EMEA priorities and driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across target accounts.
- Design end-to-end executive journeys across the customer lifecycle, connecting content, experiences, and touchpoints for technology and business executives, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, CMOs, and CFOs.
- Coordinate and scale executive programmes, including Executive Forums, CIO Forums, executive roundtables, briefings, thought leadership content, and other high-touch experiences.
- Partner with EMEA Sales and regional marketing teams to identify priority accounts and executives and align executive engagement with account strategies and active sales cycles.
- Measure, monitor, and optimise performance and business impact using campaign, executive engagement, and sales funnel data.
- Build scalable frameworks and best practices that enable regional teams to activate executive marketing across markets.
Requirements
- Strong B2B marketing experience in the technology sector, preferably in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment.
- Track record of developing programmes for senior executive audiences.
- Ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems quickly.
- Strong project management skills for delivering complex programmes across multiple teams.
- Data-first approach with the ability to interpret data and create performance reporting and insights across demand channels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building collaborative cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and timelines, with excellent attention to detail and a strong execution focus.
- Ability to prioritise and achieve results in an environment requiring fresh thinking and new ideas.
