Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product marketing for Operator, Fin’s AI agent for customer operations.
- Build the external narrative, category positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Operator.
- Define and refine the ideal customer profile, target audience, customer pains, and buying motivations.
- Own core messaging and align product, marketing, sales, GTM, and leadership teams.
- Conduct customer research and turn adoption and evaluation signals into actionable product marketing insights.
- Lead product launches and go-to-market moments across sales, campaigns, content, and customer communications.
- Create sales enablement, including discovery questions, objection handling, competitive positioning, and field materials.
- Produce core PMM assets such as web pages, first-call decks, narratives, scripts, demos, and launch materials.
- Maintain a central body of product marketing context supporting Fin’s AI-first approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B.
- Track record of shaping market understanding for complex products.
- Experience marketing a genuinely new product or capability without a clear comparison set.
- Experience owning a product area from ICP and positioning through launches and field enablement.
- Technical depth in automation, workflows, analytics, agent behavior, and product mechanics.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to create clear briefs, narratives, and synthesis memos.
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to develop precise positioning.
- Ability to work independently on large, high-stakes initiatives.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency using AI tools and genuine curiosity about artificial intelligence.
