Senior Product Marketing Manager
Leads positioning, messaging, patient research, and go-to-market execution for Talkiatry’s clinical services and patient-facing products. The role requires 4–6+ years of product or consumer marketing experience, strong research and analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional launches.

Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end launch planning and execution for new product features, clinical service offerings, new lines of business, and patient experience enhancements.
- Partner with channel owners and cross-functional teams to drive adoption.
- Represent the voice of the patient by conducting and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative research across key patient audiences.
- Integrate patient insights into marketing, clinical, and product strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of patient audiences, the mental health care landscape, and the competitive set to inform positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Creative, Operations, and Marketing teams to optimize patient journeys and integrate patient-focused initiatives into broader campaigns and storytelling.
- Create patient-facing materials, including emails, website updates, help articles, and educational resources.
- Track and analyze patient engagement, brand awareness, and service adoption metrics to inform go-to-market priorities.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in product marketing or consumer marketing, ideally in health technology or high-growth consumer technology organizations.
- Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging development.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative market and audience research skills.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, including the ability to distill complex topics into clear, consumer-friendly messages.
- Experience using AI tools for audience and content insights, content production, and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical abilities and the ability to synthesize data to improve marketing performance.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
