Senior Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise

Own Ashby’s Enterprise product marketing strategy, developing segment messaging, content, enablement, and campaigns for complex buying committees. The role partners closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and other marketing teams and requires strong writing and Enterprise marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own Enterprise segment narrative development, including research, messaging, and positioning for complex buying committees.
  • Translate the company-level narrative into messaging for Enterprise and upper mid-market buyers.
  • Maintain messaging frameworks that enable Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to communicate product differentiation.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Solutions Engineering to identify segment opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop Enterprise-specific enablement, trainings, campaigns, sales materials, and collateral.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on Enterprise messaging.
  • Create case studies, decks, one-pagers, ABM campaigns, TCO reports, ROI content, and other Enterprise assets.
  • Support analyst-relations briefs and refresh the core Enterprise sales pitch as the narrative evolves.
  • Collaborate with Content & Community, Demand Generation, Events, Partnerships, design, and other sales-supporting teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, solutions consulting, or sales engineering.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, positioning, and copy-editing abilities.
  • Experience understanding and marketing to complex Enterprise buying committees.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, solve complex problems, and own initiatives end to end.
  • Comfortable partnering closely with Sales and supporting active strategic deals.
  • Ability to collaborate with design to produce polished Enterprise-grade assets.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Enterprise ABM programs, including 1-to-1 and 1-to-few campaigns.
  • Experience creating TCO, ROI, case study, sales deck, and analyst-relations content.
  • Experience delivering sales trainings and enablement programs.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $155,000-$190,000 annually.
  • Stock options with a 10-year exercise window.
  • Unlimited PTO; four weeks recommended annually.
