Senior Product Marketing Manager, Trust & Safety

Leads go-to-market strategy, positioning, and adoption for a Trust & Safety product portfolio in a regulated financial-services environment. Responsibilities

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategy for Chime’s Trust & Safety suite, from launch through iteration and scale.
  • Establish best practices and frameworks for repeatable, high-quality product launches.
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that drives customer understanding and adoption.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Risk, Brand, Analytics, and Legal to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap through customer insights, market understanding, and competitive analysis.
  • Improve product adoption, engagement, and retention through data-informed marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in product marketing, including at least 3+ years of regulated financial services experience.
  • Proven track record owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy for products or features.
  • Strong grounding in product marketing fundamentals, including audience insights, competitive intelligence, targeting, positioning, value propositions, and messaging.
  • Experience developing acquisition and engagement plans.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Risk, Brand, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer narratives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $150,000–$208,000 per year.
  • Eligibility for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
  • In-office policy of four days per week, with Fridays from home, for employees near an office; a fully remote program is also available for eligible employees.
