Senior Product Marketing Manager, HRM

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end messaging and positioning for the human risk management solution line, including simulation, training, and risk modeling use cases.
  • Maintain solution guides and messaging for core use cases and buyer personas across customer segments.
  • Translate AI-driven detection, investigation, and disruption capabilities into technical and business narratives.
  • Create technical briefs, demo media, scripted demo flows, videos, screenshots, technical datasheets, and how-it-works collateral.
  • Run an ongoing competitive intelligence program, including battlecards, feature matrices, objection-handling playbooks, and differentiation frameworks.
  • Feed competitor and win/loss insights into product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for launches and major product initiatives.
  • Coordinate launch execution with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Security Operations, and Marketing.
  • Publish assets to internal enablement tools and the website.
  • Equip sales, customer success, partner, and field teams with playbooks, demos, objection handling, ROI materials, and customer stories.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, with significant experience in threat intelligence or adjacent B2B cybersecurity domains.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills, including presenting to technical audiences and briefing analysts.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market and product data into positioning and go-to-market recommendations.
  • Experience owning solutions and technical narratives and delivering technical marketing artifacts such as demo scripts, technical datasheets, videos, and demos.
  • Proven experience building and running competitive intelligence programs.
  • Cross-functional project leadership with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Ability to market an evolving solution line across releases and customer segments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience marketing to regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government.
  • Experience creating verticalized content, compliance and assurance proof points, and procurement support materials.
  • Experience managing analyst relationships with Gartner or Forrester.

Compensation and Benefits

  • OTE: $145,000–$175,000 USD.
