Senior Product Enablement Manager

Develops value frameworks, use-case narratives, release positioning, and seller readiness for Hightouch’s Agentic CDP. The role requires 7+ years of technical product marketing or enablement experience, strong positioning skills, and fluency in qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Author business-outcome value frameworks for the Agentic CDP and its components, including defensible customer economics.
  • Build and maintain a canonical use-case library mapping ideal customer profile, pain, use case, product, and proof point.
  • Develop current-state and future-state narratives, discovery paths, qualification criteria, objection handling, and deal talk tracks.
  • Partner with launch teams on go-to-market positioning for product releases.
  • Document product capability boundaries so sellers understand what products do and do not do.
  • Define product readiness standards and partner with field leaders on certification.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, Solutions Engineering, and field teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product marketing, product enablement, solutions marketing, or an adjacent go-to-market function.
  • Substantial experience positioning and messaging technical products.
  • Track record of authoring frameworks and originating positioning work tied to business results.
  • Experience with products sold to both technical and business buyers.
  • Evidence that sellers adopted and used created materials and frameworks.
  • Fluency in a qualification methodology such as MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience with martech, data infrastructure, analytics, or data warehousing.

Compensation and benefits

  • $140,000-$230,000 USD per year, location-independent.
  • Meaningful equity compensation through ISO options.
  • Early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
