Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a scalable product launch framework using automation and AI-powered workflows.
  • Own the product launch lifecycle, including planning, tiering, readiness, enablement, public release, and post-launch analysis.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop launch roadmaps and equip field teams with messaging, materials, and training.
  • Lead cross-functional launch programs, timelines, deliverables, and communications for new products and major releases.
  • Track adoption, pipeline impact, and engagement metrics to improve launch effectiveness.
  • Build and manage AI-assisted content workflows for launch briefs, messaging guides, field assets, and copy.
  • Establish and operate the Launch & Content Center of Excellence, codifying best practices and enabling scalable content production.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, program management, product operations, and/or content strategy, ideally in enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of AI and data cloud products and the enterprise data landscape.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-assisted workflows using tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automation.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing without authority, including senior management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into concise presentations and plans.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $165,000–$216,300.
