Owns Celonis’s CIO product narrative and strategic technology partnership marketing for platforms including OpenAI, Microsoft, and Oracle. The role develops positioning, launches, joint value propositions, go-to-market strategy, and adoption programs for enterprise technology audiences.

Responsibilities
Product Positioning
- Create globally scalable product positioning and messaging that differentiates Celonis in the market.
- Develop pitch decks, demos, keynotes, and event sessions for target audiences.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on how the product demonstrates Celonis platform capabilities.
Market and Go-to-Market Strategy
- Use sales engagement, market research, and competitive intelligence to guide product marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies.
- Own the CIO narrative and offering, including strategic technology partnerships with OpenAI, Microsoft, and Oracle.
- Develop joint value propositions and partner go-to-market strategies.
Product Strategy and Adoption
- Partner with Product Management to strategize and launch products and drive ongoing adoption.
- Analyze buyer behavior, purchasing criteria, and influencers to inform product strategy.
- Coach teams on communicating product value and competing effectively.
- Work with Demand Generation to develop campaigns that grow pipeline.
- Collaborate with Content Marketing on solution briefs, white papers, blogs, videos, and third-party articles.
- Build thought leadership through events, social media, press, and industry analyst engagements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software product management, presales, consulting, product marketing, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in data, AI, automation, or enterprise technology.
- Track record of launching products, partnerships, or joint solutions with strategic technology partners.
- Ability to engage CIOs and senior IT and business leaders on technical priorities.
- Strong presentation skills, including customer engagements, executive briefings, and industry events.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to customer and market needs.
- Proactive ownership of multiple workstreams from end to end.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
- Bias for action and a record of delivering measurable results.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; a technical or quantitative background is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary in New York: $165,000–$194,000 USD for a full-time schedule.
- Total compensation includes base salary, bonus or commission, equity, and benefits.
