Product Marketer
The first dedicated product marketer will lead launches, messaging, positioning, and customer proof for an AI-powered mortgage lending platform. The role requires 6+ years of marketing experience, primarily in B2B product marketing, plus enterprise audience expertise and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Create a process for running product launches, while running launches.
- Develop messaging and positioning for products and segments.
- Turn customer results into proof through case studies, references, and benchmarks.
- Work closely with sales, partnerships, and marketing to build strategies that increase product awareness, demand, and usage.
- Help customers and prospects understand how mortgage processing will work when people and AI agents work side-by-side.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, with the majority in B2B product marketing.
- Deep experience marketing to enterprise audiences.
- Ability to understand complex buying committees, long sales cycles, and sophisticated business needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to executive, technical, and non-technical audiences.

- Experience in mortgage lending or fintech infrastructure.
Compensation and Benefits
- Cash compensation targeted at $165,000–$200,000.
