Responsibilities

  • Define and manage Vanta’s go-to-market strategy for EMEA, tailored to regional opportunities.
  • Develop EMEA-specific messaging and positioning using market research and customer insights.
  • Partner with the EMEA growth team on targeted marketing campaigns, localized messaging, and content.
  • Plan and execute major product launches, including sales and customer success enablement; report on performance and optimize launch processes.
  • Create content across the customer journey, including blog posts and sales collateral.
  • Engage with customers, analyze data, and assess the competitive landscape to inform product strategy, roadmap, and EMEA marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, sales, customer success, product, finance, and operations teams.
  • Refine pricing and packaging based on market, product value, and customer insights.
  • Champion customers, develop creative marketing approaches, and solve problems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, with an emphasis on B2B SaaS.
  • Deep empathy for users and the ability to adapt communication to reach, engage, and differentiate products for regional audiences.
  • Comfort working with quantitative data and qualitative user research.
  • Ability to understand complex products and explain them clearly.
  • Must be based in London or Dublin; the role is hybrid and requires in-office work.
  • Openness to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
