Responsibilities
- Own crucial elements of enterprise product marketing strategy and execution.
- Define enterprise marketing operations, including:
- Market segmentation, persona research, and ICP definition
- Enterprise positioning and messaging
- Go-to-market processes and execution
- Sales enablement management, creation, and delivery
- Develop compelling enterprise positioning and narratives for technical and business audiences.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for launches, features, and strategic initiatives.
- Create and improve sales enablement materials for Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing on enterprise priorities.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across messaging, campaigns, and assets.
- Bring structure and prioritization to enterprise product marketing work.

- Enterprise product marketing becomes more strategic, proactive, and prioritized.
- Messaging is clearer and more consistent across campaigns, launches, and sales conversations.
- Sales teams are better equipped and more confident in enterprise storytelling.

Requirements
- Senior product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with technical products.
- Strong enterprise product marketing background, including positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement.
- Proven ability to operate as a senior individual contributor while balancing strategy and execution.
- Experience supporting complex buying cycles and enterprise customers.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Excellent prioritization and judgment across a broad scope.
- Strong written communication and content development skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with workflow automation, developer tools, infrastructure, integrations, or AI.
- Background or interest in open-source or fair-code business models.
- Experience building product marketing processes from scratch at high-growth scale-ups.
- Ability to craft messaging for technical evaluators and executive stakeholders.
