Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives across Australia to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with business objectives and implementation needs.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout their Claude adoption journey, from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
- Coordinate internally across Sales, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholder teams to drive customer success.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical content for engineering, development, business, and executive audiences.
- Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into their existing technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance for specific use cases.
- Identify common integration patterns and contribute insights to Product and Engineering.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
- Maintain knowledge of current LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to C-suite executives, engineering teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong technical communication skills, including translating requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Comfortable with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, navigate trade-offs, and balance competing priorities.
- Teaching and mentoring skills.
- Passion for using technology safely and beneficially.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
