Senior EPM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with customers daily to transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multidimensional models.
• Understand and document business requirements.
• Design and build corresponding Pigment applications.
• Train customers and co-build solutions so they become self-sufficient.
• Participate in or lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment.
• Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
• Act as the link between customer stakeholders and the product team to help develop the planning platform.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve methodology and processes.

Requirements

• Exceptional ability to build complex systems and explain them clearly to stakeholders so they are simple to use and maintain.
• Comfort working with large volumes of unstructured data that must be structured and validated.
• Ability to learn new domains quickly and support diverse customer use cases and businesses.
• Strong relationship-building skills, empathy, and dedication.
• Strategic thinking and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
• Experience managing multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision.
• Fluent English; French or additional European languages are advantageous.
