Leads complex, end-to-end SaaS implementations for strategic and enterprise customers, coordinating stakeholders, guiding change management, and improving delivery processes. Responsibilities

Manage and execute end-to-end implementations of Ashby’s solution for new strategic, predominantly enterprise customers.
Define implementation plans, align stakeholders, communicate project plans, and deliver against agreed expectations.
Manage multiple complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently while tracking milestones.
Guide customers through change management and adoption of new systems and workflows.
Advise customers on software usage best practices to maximize value.
Proactively identify recurring customer opportunities and improve implementation processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Serve as a customer advocate and communicate customer needs to internal stakeholders.
Use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success.
Travel as needed.

Requirements

Extensive experience managing and executing multiple complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
Strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products, multi-step workflows, core workflows, and system integrations.
Customer-facing experience combining technical and interpersonal skills.
Experience with change management and helping customers adopt new systems and approaches.
Clear, precise communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
Strong listening, problem-solving, process improvement, organizational, and analytical skills.
Technical proficiency, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience with Ashby or applicant tracking systems.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range of $94,000–$142,000.
