Project Engineer
The Project Engineer manages customer installation and metering projects, hardware lifecycle activities, technical support, and process improvements for demand response programs. The role requires engineering or relevant technical experience, hardware commissioning expertise, customer collaboration, and Salesforce proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end installation execution projects, including metering and product enablement.
- Maintain hardware throughout its lifecycle.
- Provide technical support to the Sales team and assist customers with energy reduction strategies.
- Collaborate with Engineering to develop hardware and innovative metering solutions.
- Define and optimize processes to improve efficiency and accelerate installation timelines.
- Ensure materials, installations, and technologies meet industry and market standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or relevant work experience.
- 2 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with hardware commissioning, troubleshooting, data platform integration, and contractor management.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Results-driven, analytical, highly motivated, and collaborative approach.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills
- PMP certification.
- Background in electrical systems, HVAC, industrial controls, energy storage, energy efficiency, or data analysis.
- Proficiency reading and drawing electrical schematics.
