Senior Enterprise Client Solutions Consultant
Leads solution architecture and implementation for complex enterprise investment-management clients onboarding to the Addepar platform. The role requires 4+ years in finance, technology, or consulting, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and preferably Python or project management experience.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the implementation architect for large and complex client implementations.
- Lead solution design and execution for onboarding new clients to the Addepar platform.
- Oversee solutions that meet clients’ unique and complex requirements and remain compatible with the broader Addepar ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead multiple simultaneous projects, prioritizing and context-switching effectively through completion.
- Identify and drive improvements to processes and standard methodologies as the platform expands.
- Engage clients proactively, consultatively, and professionally.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, and/or consulting.
- Experience researching, designing, and implementing solutions to complex problems.
- Solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic, proactive approach, and ability to contribute effectively on a team.
- Independence, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Nice to Have
- Python programming experience.
- Project management experience.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $90,000–$112,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
