Founding Sales Development Representative

The founding SDR will launch Tremendous’ international outbound motion by prospecting DACH accounts, booking meetings, and shaping sales processes for European expansion. The role requires fluent English and German, strong cold-calling discipline, customer focus, and collaborative pipeline-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting.
  • Own pipeline development through cold calling, with an expectation of making 100 cold calls per day and booking meetings by phone.
  • Use email and LinkedIn to support phone outreach.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing, Strategy, and Revenue Operations teams to develop pipeline-building strategies.
  • Research accounts, identify key contacts, and craft targeted messaging using prospecting tools.
  • Learn the product and communicate its value proposition by understanding prospect goals and challenges.
  • Help define international sales messaging, processes, and best practices for European markets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German, with the ability to engage prospects across DACH markets.
  • Workplace proficiency in at least one language besides English; German, Spanish, or French preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding personal and professional goals.
  • Strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: £45K–£52K.
  • On-target earnings: £65K–£78K.
