Business Development Representative
Builds qualified sales pipeline across EMEA through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and account engagement. The role partners with Sales and Marketing and requires strong communication, organization, and an interest in technology and software sales.

Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and contacts to set quality meetings and create pipeline opportunities.
- Target new accounts through outbound calling and strategic email and social campaigns.
- Qualify prospective customers by understanding their business strategy, goals, time series data challenges, and current technology.
- Manage and nurture quality leads with Seeq content, including blogs, whitepapers, and webinars.
- Collaborate with Sales on prospecting strategies and account plans; share feedback on messaging and tactics.
- Follow up on inbound leads to create meetings and opportunities.
- Track emails, calls, LinkedIn touches, MQLs, contacts, and account information in the CRM.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Take initiative to meet monthly targets, test new approaches, and share successful findings.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Passion for technology and software sales; 1–2 years of similar experience preferred.
- Experience with outbound prospecting sales.
- Ability to develop strong, long-lasting internal and external relationships.
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Resourceful, results-driven operating style.
- Collaborative and coachable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to ask questions, gather information, and connect business needs to solutions.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
- £43,000 GBP base salary plus variable compensation and commission incentives.
