Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
- Conduct creative, personalized outbound prospecting within target accounts.
- Research prospects using Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics.
- Research prospect pain points, decision-making structures, and business challenges.
- Coordinate closely with Account Executives on pipeline organization, prospecting, and nurture strategies.
- Prioritize leads and qualify prospects through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Participate in regular team huddles to share goals and celebrate wins.

Compensation
- Base salary: $40,656–$55,000 per year.
