Enterprise SDR - German Speaker
This role generates and qualifies enterprise sales opportunities across the DACH region through inbound lead nurturing and targeted outbound outreach. It requires 1–2 years of sales development experience, strong English and German communication skills, and confidence engaging technical enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads from events, campaigns, and product signups across the DACH region.
- Identify and prospect into enterprise target accounts through multi-channel outbound outreach, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Research and map key accounts, identifying decision-makers and their enterprise-level needs.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities with clear context.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM.
- Continuously improve outreach sequences and messaging to drive engagement with technical enterprise buyers.
- Stay current on the product roadmap and competitive landscape.
- Participate in feedback loops with Marketing and Product to share customer insights.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Confidence engaging technical buyers at enterprise accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is required.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn about technical products.
- Confidence in cold outreach, handling objections, and booking qualified meetings.
- Experience using modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Reliable task ownership and ability to thrive in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience in observability, DevOps, or a related technology space.
- Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem.
- Passion for the developer ecosystem and open-source community.

- Existing network or familiarity with the DACH / Benelux enterprise technology landscape.
