Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and scale a Business Development Representative team focused on DSO and enterprise dental groups.
- Build a metrics-driven, customer-focused team that consistently exceeds quota.
- Develop and refine the outbound sales playbook for DSO and enterprise accounts.
- Optimize personalized outreach and pipeline generation for complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Mentor, coach, and hold recurring one-on-ones with team members.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Accounts to identify and prioritize target accounts.
- Forecast and project monthly and quarterly quota attainment.
- Drive process improvements and growth within the DSO/Enterprise segment.
- Foster accountability, performance, respect, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- At least 2 years managing teams of 5 or more representatives.
- Strong understanding of BDR best practices and pipeline generation methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment and build processes from the ground up.
- Experience using B2B SaaS sales tools.
- Ability to use data to improve individual and team performance and make informed decisions.
- Proven people-management, coaching, and employee-engagement skills.
- Understanding of sales processes, pipeline progression, and deal-management strategies.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling to or supporting large, multi-location organizations or dental service organizations (DSOs).
