Leads complex customer deployments of an AI customer service platform, combining project management, hands-on configuration, integrations, and technical readiness. Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end deployment programs for the largest customers, serving as the primary point of contact throughout implementation.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, customer goals, and support models while keeping go-to-market partners informed.
- Lead discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into technical and project plans.
- Configure the Fin platform, including automation, workflows, and analytics.
- Coordinate technical readiness across data migrations, integrations, and security reviews.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to resolve technical challenges while independently managing most platform implementation.
- Maintain risk logs, reporting cadences, escalation paths, and documented decisions.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D to shape deployment strategy and provide roadmap feedback.
- Improve Deployment Services methodology, templates, and best practices.
- Use AI tooling for discovery synthesis, documentation, and customer asset creation, and share effective practices with the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services, ideally in SaaS or AI technology.
- Track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates.
- Hands-on technical capability configuring platforms and understanding APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with executives and technical stakeholders.
- Strong judgment under ambiguity and ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Daily experience using AI tooling in delivery workflows, including discovery synthesis, documentation, and customer assets.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer experience platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
- San Francisco Bay Area base salary range: $148,500–$177,400.
- Eligibility for a corporate bonus program or sales incentive, as applicable.
- Stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
- Hybrid work policy requiring employees to work in the office at least three days per week.
