Responsibilities
- Create and execute a unified EMEA enablement strategy combining global CRO priorities with regional SVP priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the EMEA Enablement Pod, building a flexible team of enablement generalists.
- Allocate team capacity and resources across global priorities and region-specific programs.
- Orchestrate stakeholders across Presales, Partners, Customer First, People/Talent, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive regional enablement plan.
- Represent the EMEA field’s perspective to the Global Enablement Team and other supporting functions.
- Advise sales leaders, managers, and individual contributors by diagnosing business challenges and recommending enablement solutions.
- Launch global and local enablement initiatives, driving engagement, adoption, facilitation, and measurement.
- Maintain knowledge of products, use cases, deal progression, Customer Engagement Models, business goals, market dynamics, and financial levers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related field, ideally in technology or SaaS.
- Experience leading, managing, and developing enablement professionals.
- Ability to synthesize global directives and regional requirements into actionable strategy.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, cross-functional influence, and alignment skills.
- Experience advising senior sales leaders and using data to recommend targeted solutions.
- Deep understanding of sales execution, onboarding, sales processes, XDR motions, buyer personas, and sales challenges.
- Experience designing enablement programs that improve measurable sales performance.
- Competence with sales enablement platforms and program-effectiveness analytics.
- Excellent facilitation, executive communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work with remote, geographically dispersed teams.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
- Experience using Highspot.
Compensation
- Annual base salary in Ireland: €109,000–€150,000 EUR.
- Equity, bonus, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and parental leave may be available under applicable plans and policies.
