Global Director of Revenue Enablement
Build and lead n8n’s global revenue enablement function, installing an enterprise selling methodology, accelerating onboarding and ramp, and developing managers across sales, SDR, customer success, and partner teams. The role requires hypergrowth B2B SaaS experience, measurable enablement outcomes, and expertise implementing MEDDICC or a similar framework.

Responsibilities
Methodology & Enterprise Selling Excellence
- Own the global rollout of one enterprise methodology (MEDDICC / value-selling framework), including selection, certification, and continuous reinforcement across regions.
- Build the PLG-to-enterprise playbook to convert community and self-serve signals into qualified enterprise pipeline.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product to equip the field with AI-led narratives, competitive plays, and launch enablement.
Ramp, Onboarding & Manager Development
- Build a global onboarding engine from pre-boarding and certification through first-deal support.
- Develop frontline sales managers through coaching frameworks, deal inspection, and forecast rigor.
- Define enablement metrics around ramp time, win rate, and forecast accuracy.
Building the Global Function
- Lead and grow the enablement team across sales, SDR, customer success, and partner enablement.
- Establish enablement infrastructure, including tooling, content systems, certification tracking, and measurement with Revenue Operations.
- Partner with regional sales leaders across EMEA, the US, and future markets in deal rooms, QBRs, and forecast reviews.
Requirements
Must-haves
- Experience building enablement at a developer-tool, open-source, or technical B2B SaaS company during enterprise scaling.
- Experience growing an enablement function through major GTM headcount growth and evolving sales maturity.
- End-to-end ownership of a company-wide MEDDICC or Command of the Message-style methodology implementation, including certification and reinforcement.
- Experience building onboarding programs with measurable time-to-productivity improvements.
- A revenue-outcome mindset, measuring enablement through deal size, win rate, ramp time, and forecast accuracy.
Nice-to-haves
- Force Management or similar methodology-firm experience, either as a consultant or certified in-house champion.
- Experience selling enterprise deals directly.
- Experience enabling teams to convert community or self-serve momentum into enterprise revenue.
- Experience positioning AI/ML-driven products in enterprise settings.
