Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market launches for new partners, from positioning and launch planning through execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Develop joint messaging and marketing plans for customers, prospects, partner audiences, and internal teams.
- Build and execute initiatives across partner-owned and partner-enabled channels, including sales teams, events, digital channels, content, and other routes to market.
- Lead partner activations end-to-end, including strategy, messaging, logistics, stakeholder alignment, and field execution.
- Create partner-facing campaigns, content, sales tools, enablement materials, and training to support awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Equip partners and internal teams with messaging and tools to position and distribute solutions effectively.
- Analyze awareness, engagement, channel contribution, pipeline, revenue, and partner adoption; use insights to optimize programs and inform decisions.
- Identify partner-funnel gaps and implement solutions to improve awareness, activation, conversion, and impact.
- Manage budgets and resource tradeoffs to maximize return on investment.
- Manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing, product marketing, field marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Experience launching partners, programs, products, or integrated go-to-market initiatives.
- Experience building awareness and demand through partner-owned and partner-enabled distribution channels.
- Experience working closely with Sales on pipeline-focused programs.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystems, channel marketing, and partner-led growth.
- Strong project management skills, including managing complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Strong operational rigor and experience managing programs, processes, and budgets end-to-end.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to track pipeline, attribution, and program performance.
- Strong judgment in prioritization, tradeoffs, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- High attention to detail and a high bar for quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- United States compensation range: $89,000–$122,000 USD, depending on residence.
- Benefits may include health, pharmacy, optical and dental care, paid time off, sick time off, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, 401(k) contributions, and restricted stock units for certain roles, subject to eligibility.
