AI Deployment Strategist
Own strategic enterprise AI accounts from post-sale deployment through adoption, expansion, and renewal while supporting pre-sale pilots. The role requires strong technical credibility, first-principles problem solving, commercial ownership, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships and commercial outcomes after signature, including adoption, expansion, and renewals.
- Partner with Account Executives before signature on pilot scoping, success criteria, and technical-commercial framing.
- Run the operating cadence across customer and internal teams, including field deployment engineers, account management, product, and support.
- Translate customer goals into concrete AI deployment milestones and ensure delivery.
- Identify and drive new workloads, teams, and use cases within existing accounts.
- Represent customer needs internally with actionable technical precision.
Requirements
- Strong first-principles thinking and critical-reasoning skills, including the ability to break down novel problems without a reference implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent technical depth.
- 3+ years of experience combining technical work with commercial ownership, such as deployment strategy, technical consulting, founding, or forward-deployed roles.
- Technical credibility with customer engineering leaders and field engineers, including the ability to reason about AI infrastructure tradeoffs.
- Proven ownership of outcomes over long time horizons.
- Excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with senior audiences.
Nice-to-haves
- Founder or founding-team experience, particularly as CEO or commercial lead of a technical product.
- Experience deploying or operating AI/ML products in production for enterprise customers.
- Experience navigating EMEA enterprise constraints, including procurement, data residency, GDPR, and the EU AI Act.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
