Responsibilities
- Build trust with customers as the primary relationship owner, engaging end-users, C-suite stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from discovery and workflow analysis through project scoping, delivery, adoption, and measurable impact.
- Identify valuable problems where AI can create meaningful improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and researchers alongside a technical lead.
- Analyze complex enterprise data, identify useful signals, understand constraints, and design reliable solutions.
- Drive user adoption through onboarding, feedback collection, and iterative product improvement.
- Translate customer needs and friction into product roadmap improvements.
Requirements
- Experience leading complex, client-facing projects and managing stakeholders in AI, technology consulting, or a fast-moving enterprise environment.
- Strong communication skills with both C-suite stakeholders and operational teams.
- Curiosity and analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to deeply understand customer workflows.
- Comfort working in ambiguous and complex situations.
- A grounded belief in the potential of applied AI to transform business operations.
- Technical fluency with Python, SQL, or similar tools; able to work effectively with engineers.
- Willingness to travel 25–75% depending on the engagement.
