Responsibilities
- Lead complex, large-scale AI implementations for Fortune 500 and enterprise clients across the UK.
- Manage parallel workstreams, delivery timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
- Define goals, clarify ownership, track risks, and enforce operational accountability.
- Build and maintain trust with enterprise clients by aligning delivery to contracted outcomes.
- Navigate client executives, technical teams, and company leadership; provide clear status reporting and surface risks early.
- Keep programs moving through changing priorities without losing momentum.
- Onboard and organize forward-deployed engineers and AI strategists working at client sites.
- Use current AI models and tools to continuously improve workflows and team practices.
- Adapt US delivery practices for the UK market and create implementation best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale programs for enterprise clients.
- Experience managing programs with significant budgets, including programs of $10M+ equivalent.
- Strong accountability, execution, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills across technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience creating structure and momentum in ambiguous environments.
- Comfort building processes and operating systems from scratch.
- Active daily use of frontier AI tools and a track record of improving workflows with evolving technology.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and occasionally Europe, including working onsite with customers.
