Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from first conversation to close to early account expansion.
  • Help build the company's sales playbook.
  • Represent Codes Health at conferences, in-person meetings, and industry events.

Requirements

  • High-caliber seller with experience in B2B sales, ideally in operationally heavy products.
  • Strong at discovery: ask the right questions and listen closely.
  • In-person oriented: believe trust is built faster face-to-face and value working closely with the team.
