- Own revenue expansion in Northern EU by leveraging your network and identifying opportunities to expand the company's presence in the biotech and pharmaceutical sector.
- Implement long-term sales strategies and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product teams to align technical and business requirements.
- Create value in competitive situations, lead commercial negotiations, and close deals.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives across complex organizational structures.
- Design and execute outbound strategies to create and nurture business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead deal strategy and manage commercial negotiations for large, complex organizations.
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders and position the company as a trusted partner.
- Lead account mapping and orchestrate strategic meetings with external stakeholders.
- Contribute to team projects that refine sales processes and shape a positive, results-driven sales culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven record of selling SaaS; life sciences experience is preferred.
- Experience selling value-based solutions focused on customer pain points and measurable outcomes.
- Experience leading value-based sales cycles and aligning solutions with customer ROI and strategic goals.
- An extensive network of connections that provides access to senior decision-makers.
- Expertise developing and executing account plans spanning multiple business units within complex organizations.
- Strong collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Highly developed presentation skills, including compelling in-person presentations to multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and navigate bespoke commercial agreements.
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
