Leads a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on landing new customers across the Nordic region, owning sales targets, forecasting, strategic account plans, and partner relationships. Requires deep direct SaaS sales leadership experience, complex-cycle management, and English plus a Nordic language.

Responsibilities
- Manage, hire, and develop a team of 4–5 Enterprise Account Executives.
- Drive individual AE performance, team spirit, and sales-talent development.
- Own and exceed annual sales targets for the assigned territory, maintaining forecast accuracy.
- Develop and execute strategies to land new enterprise customers and expand the customer base.
- Build strong, long-term customer and partner relationships with executive alignment and proactive account management.
- Support the team in understanding customer business needs and driving incremental revenue growth.
- Communicate the industry-specific value proposition through high-quality proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with direct and indirect sales, value engineering, business development, services, partners, and senior leaders.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales teams.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with consulting and enterprise technology partners.
- Deep expertise driving a direct SaaS sales organization in the Nordic region.
- Experience delivering targets of 12–15 new enterprise accounts annually.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills, plus proficiency in at least one Nordic language.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Based in Stockholm.
