Responsibilities
- Set the EMEA partner marketing strategy and priorities, aligning with Global Partner Marketing and determining activation across strategic cloud partners, GSIs, ISVs, and other priority ecosystem relationships.
- Embed partner motions into EMEA sales and marketing priorities, integrating partners into campaigns, sales plays, and growth initiatives.
- Operationalize and scale global partner programs across EMEA while incorporating regional insights into global strategy.
- Activate partner programs to educate and enable the ecosystem on Snowflake’s innovations, solutions, and go-to-market priorities.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing partner marketing team with clear priorities, ownership, and operating rhythms.
- Drive partner activation and joint-selling motions that create demand, generate opportunities, and support field success.
- Manage focus, investment discipline, partner funding, governance, accountability, and measurement of business return.
- Shape and execute EMEA partner event and sponsorship strategy, including partner packages for flagship events and strategic sponsorships.
Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, including significant partner, ecosystem, alliance, field, or go-to-market marketing experience in enterprise software, cloud, data, or AI.
- Experience leading partner marketing strategy at scale across a complex EMEA ecosystem, ideally involving hyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs, and strategic technology partners.
- Experience connecting global strategy with regional execution and representing regional business, field, and partner needs to global teams.
- Strong strategic and commercial judgment, with the ability to prioritize investment and connect marketing strategy to business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior Sales, Alliances, and Marketing leaders to integrate partner motions into broader go-to-market priorities and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Experience with partner enablement, activation, joint selling, and moving partners from engagement to customer demand and revenue.
- Experience managing partner funding, co-marketing investment, and MDF/PDF programs.
- Exceptional operational rigor, including goal-setting, operating rhythms, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong people leadership, talent development, trust-building, and culture leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and executive influence skills across partners, functions, countries, and global teams.
