Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into strategic business accounts through cold calls, email, and social strategies.
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting qualified meetings for Account Executives and decision-makers.
  • Maintain and organize an annual book of business.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and evangelist for the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
  • Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers, book sales appointments, and influence company revenue.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent professional training in the commercial sector.
  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Initiative and self-starter mindset.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Dedicated, driven, and motivated to succeed.
  • Fluent Japanese and business-level English.
