Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of embedded HR Business Partners supporting senior executives across Engineering, Product, Security, and Research.
- Partner with the Head of R&D and technical VPs to align talent strategy with product roadmaps, platform architecture, and operational goals.
- Coordinate People Team Centers of Excellence, including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and People Operations, to deliver integrated talent programs.
- Use people metrics to diagnose organizational health, attrition trends, and productivity indicators.
- Design agile, high-velocity R&D organizations, optimizing team sizes, spans of control, and cross-functional interfaces.
- Partner with engineering leadership on AI-assisted and agent-driven operating models.
- Evolve technical career frameworks, leveling, and role definitions for AI-native engineering environments.
- Drive succession planning, critical-role mapping, and retention strategies for specialized technical talent.
- Lead global change initiatives and coach senior technical leaders through organizational and technological transitions.
- Set standards for strategic partnership, business fluency, and execution across the HRBP team.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience.
- 5+ years leading an HRBP team supporting technical R&D, Engineering, or Product organizations in high-growth environments.
- Expertise in business acumen, organizational design, talent portfolio management, and change leadership.
- Understanding of how AI tools reshape technical workflows, with strong human judgment in assessing leadership potential and organizational health.
- Experience coordinating executive stakeholders and specialized People functions to deliver integrated talent solutions.
- Ability to advise, challenge, and coach VP-level and above technical leaders with confidence, empathy, and business fluency.
