About the role
Responsibilities
Drive new pipeline through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, reaching senior stakeholders responsible for operations, claims, customer service, and digital transformation at major insurance carriers and wholesalers
Iterate continuously based on what is and is not working
Present your pipeline progress and hottest leads in the weekly GTM meeting, and contribute to the daily GTM standup so the whole team stays aligned on what is moving
Requirements
1+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role at a B2B tech company, with demonstrable outbound results
Proven ability to generate meaningful pipeline
Comfortable with cold calling
Strong written communication and personalization skills
Hungry, self-motivated
Willingness to work in-office in San Francisco 5 days per week
Nice-to-Haves
Experience selling into insurance, fintech, or similarly complex regulated industries
Background in AI, automation, or enterprise software sales
Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar sales tooling
