Sales Development Representative
Generates and qualifies new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe while partnering with Account Executives and communicating the value of its logistics platform. The role requires fluent German and English, strong communication skills, and some commercial experience.

Responsibilities
- Identify and create new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe.
- Work with Account Executives across Europe to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
- Demonstrate the value of Flexport’s offering through phone calls, email, and other social media.
- Learn how global trade works and build a foundation for a career in technology sales.
- Shadow Account Executives in meetings and other activities to develop skills for future sales roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Some sales or commercial experience.
- Strong communication and customer empathy skills.
- Ability to present solutions that suit customer needs.
- Solution-oriented mindset and willingness to work in a rapidly adapting technology environment.
- Fluent spoken and written German and English.
