Talent Lead
Own end-to-end recruiting across commercial, technical, product, and engineering functions, initially focusing on go-to-market hiring. The role requires strong sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, candidate communication, and familiarity with the London and/or New York talent markets.

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through signed offer, including screening, scheduling, offer management, and candidate care.
- Run first-round screening calls and manage candidate communications throughout the process.
- Build proactive pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and personal networks.
- Manage candidate pipelines and collaborate with agency talent partners.
- Partner with hiring managers on structured interview processes, including interview plans, take-home assignments, scorecards, and debriefs.
- Prioritize go-to-market hiring, including account executives, business development representatives, enterprise roles, and sales enablement, then support hiring across Product and Engineering.
- Own the Ashby applicant tracking system, maintain live postings, and report on funnel health and hiring progress.
- Build repeatable recruiting systems, including sourcing playbooks, interview kits, and candidate-experience processes.
- Work directly with the executive team and contribute to hiring strategy across multiple functions.
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or at an agency, ideally in a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
- Demonstrated success hiring across commercial and technical functions.
- Generalist mindset and comfort supporting multiple functions.
- Strong proactive sourcing ability and the ability to build pipelines from scratch.
- Excellent judgment and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the London and/or New York talent markets.
- Self-direction and high standards in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment.
Nice to Have
- Recruiting experience in fintech, payments, security, or technical B2B.
- Experience with Ashby or a similar modern applicant tracking system.
- Experience hiring across both London and New York.
