About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy balancing field product enablement and partner enablement, including continuous learning, skills assessments, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Product Marketing leadership to create training aligned with core competencies and business goals.
  • Maintain and improve a continuous learning program covering product launches, demo and discovery excellence, partner readiness, competitive selling, persona and vertical-based enablement, and certifications.
  • Ensure deep understanding and consistent positioning of Glean’s platform, AI capabilities, and product value across field teams and partners.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop content supporting product adoption, field execution, and partner effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze enablement initiative effectiveness using data to optimize programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions for internal teams and partners.
  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and GTM teams to drive impactful content and programs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, product enablement, partner enablement, sales, or related GTM roles in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record building and scaling enablement programs for direct field teams and/or partner ecosystems.
  • Strong preference for experience with AI products, AI platform positioning, or enabling audiences on AI capabilities.
  • Strong preference for Command of the Message or similar value-based methodology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and enablement tools.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, partner motions, and customer journey mapping.
  • Ability to analyze data for informed decisions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Standard base salary range: $165,000 - $187,000 annually.
