About the role
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy balancing field product enablement and partner enablement, including continuous learning, skills assessments, and coaching.
Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Product Marketing leadership to create training aligned with core competencies and business goals.
Maintain and improve a continuous learning program covering product launches, demo and discovery excellence, partner readiness, competitive selling, persona and vertical-based enablement, and certifications.
Ensure deep understanding and consistent positioning of Glean’s platform, AI capabilities, and product value across field teams and partners.
Work with stakeholders to develop content supporting product adoption, field execution, and partner effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze enablement initiative effectiveness using data to optimize programs.
Facilitate training sessions for internal teams and partners.
Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and GTM teams to drive impactful content and programs.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in enablement, sales training, product enablement, partner enablement, sales, or related GTM roles in an enterprise environment.
Proven track record building and scaling enablement programs for direct field teams and/or partner ecosystems.
Strong preference for experience with AI products, AI platform positioning, or enabling audiences on AI capabilities.
Strong preference for Command of the Message or similar value-based methodology experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in content management systems and enablement tools.
Knowledge of sales processes, partner motions, and customer journey mapping.
Ability to analyze data for informed decisions.
Compensation & Benefits
Standard base salary range: $165,000 - $187,000 annually.
