Responsibilities
- Lead scientific implementation of the Uncountable platform.
- Restructure and contextualize customer data.
- Use real-world customer experience to drive product development for R&D data structuring tools.
- Configure data templates and scientific workflows for end users in collaboration with customer success and sales teams.
- Lead customer meetings and demos, conduct scientific due diligence, acquire new data, and iterate on platform configurations.
- Own implementation processes for new and potential customers.
- Orchestrate meetings, set timelines, and advocate for product development that meets customer needs.
- Travel up to 20% of the time.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Master's degree or at least 2 years of experience in a scientific field such as chemistry, biology, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with data in Excel.
- Ability to distill and communicate advanced technical concepts effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Compensation
- Salary of $90,000–$120,000 USD per year.
