Advises and technically supports multiple customers through Databricks onboarding and production deployment. Requires 2+ years in a technical data or cloud role, cloud-platform and programming knowledge, and Japanese-English communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Advise customers during onboarding and help them deploy Databricks in production environments.
- Provide early technical assistance to ensure a strong customer experience.
- Develop expertise in the Databricks Platform and guide customers toward effective technical decisions.
- Work concurrently with multiple customers to provide technical solutions.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in data or cloud.
- Knowledge of at least one public cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Python, Scala, or SQL.
- Knowledge of end-to-end data analytics workflows.
- Hands-on professional or academic experience with data engineering technologies such as ETL, dbt, Spark, or Airflow, or data warehousing technologies such as SQL, stored procedures, Redshift, or Snowflake.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of data science and machine learning, including building and deploying machine-learning models.
- Databricks Certification.
