Implementation Manager
The Implementation Manager will translate private equity fund accounting expertise into software business logic, lead complex client implementations, and shape product enhancements in collaboration with product and engineering teams. The role requires at least five years of private equity fund accounting experience and an accounting or finance degree.

Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, including CFOs and Controllers.
- Plan onboarding and rollout processes for new fund managers.
- Evaluate product enhancements and help prioritize the product roadmap based on private equity client needs.
- Work with product managers, engineers, and clients to develop software that addresses client requirements.
- Implement complex fund and investment structures to test functionality and identify product fixes and enhancements.
- Translate private equity experience, fund structures, and calculations into business logic encoded in software.
- Shape the client operations foundation, team practices, and processes.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and incorporate feedback into product and implementation work.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in accounting for private equity funds; hands-on experience at a private equity firm is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance; accounting preferred.
- CPA accreditation is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to clients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of fund accounting systems such as Yardi and Investran.
- Experience with investment structures and financial statements.
- Exceptional attention to detail when translating private fund structures and calculations into software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
