Technical Delivery Manager, Government

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and adoption processes for new users through training, technical support, and relationship-building with user groups and mission leaders.
• Provide in-depth customer analysis and direct analytical support to optimize product usage and outcomes.
• Lead customer touchpoints and produce deliverables that contextualize the product’s value against customer missions.
• Serve as the initial contact for support requests and coordinate issue resolution with the appropriate resources.
• Synthesize customer feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
• Coordinate with implementation engineering to ensure successful technical delivery.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on account growth strategies and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the public sector, with knowledge of international trade, defense, national security, economic security, or open and commercial data solutions.
• Experience working with and delivering software tools and frameworks.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences, including whiteboarding, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Ability to connect customer business problems with software solutions.
• Working knowledge of government operations or procurement processes is preferred.
• Currently hold or be eligible to hold at least an NV1 Australian Government security clearance.

Compensation

• Annual base salary: AUD 130,000–150,000.
• Competitive equity grants are included in most full-time offers.
• Depending on the role, compensation may also include a discretionary bonus or variable compensation plan.
