Enterprise Solutions Consultant, ANZ

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise sales cycles, including integration approach, demonstrations, pilots, architecture, data, and scale validation.
• Own customer implementations from signature through steady state, including requirements, configuration, integration, cutover, operator training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Coordinate customer stakeholders with engineering and specialist teams and remain accountable for delivery performance.
• Manage a portfolio of two to three enterprise accounts, building relationships from operators to executives.
• Run business reviews, success plans, escalation paths, and account operating rhythms.
• Track adoption, delivery performance, and platform health to identify improvement opportunities and future workstreams.
• Represent customer needs internally and turn recurring gaps into prioritized product requests.
• Partner with sales on renewals and expansions while owning adoption and relationship health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or product roles in SaaS or logistics.
• Experience managing large, complex customer relationships with outcomes such as renewals, renegotiations, expansions, or major implementations.
• Technical ability to lead discovery with engineering teams, define integration approaches, write basic SQL, and troubleshoot configuration issues.
• Understanding of delivery operations, including completion rate, cost per order, and ETA accuracy.
• Clear, concise communication with both engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and operate autonomously in a lean startup environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Australia and New Zealand.
