Responsibilities

Scale Data-Driven Demand Generation

  • Manage and expand events program for pipeline ROI
  • Own product marketing: messaging, positioning, sales enablement
  • Scale content engine with CPG research, benchmarks, case studies for inbound pipeline
  • Implement GTM infrastructure: attribution, CRM, analytics
  • Run operating cadence: weekly experiments, monthly reports, quarterly forecasts

Own Performance Marketing Channels

  • Manage paid search, social, display, retargeting, ABM with CAC/payback accountability
  • Build experimentation engine: A/B tests, scale winners
  • Architect attribution/analytics for ROI decisions
  • Drive outbound-assisted inbound with Sales, ICP targeting, ABM for Fortune 500 CPG
  • Test new acquisition levers including AI-driven tactics

Build and Lead Marketing Team

  • Recruit Growth/Performance IC, Product Marketing Manager, Director of Community, Content Associate
  • Set goals, ownership, accountability tied to revenue
  • Coach via feedback, 1:1s, stretch opportunities
  • Player-coach: execute and build systems
  • Partner with Sales, Product, CS leadership
